Plataria is a seaside village in the prefecture of Thesprotia in Epirus with one of the most atmospheric sunsets in the area, which is an ideal choice for a calm and relaxing getaway in the waters of the Ionian Sea.
Its name comes from the existence of a large plane tree, which still exists today and a small part of it is still preserved.
